Refund Policy
We aim to provide a first class service however, if our product does not meet your standards, this policy outlines how to proceed.
Products are damaged on delivery:
- We must be notified within 3 working days of you receiving the goods, via our Contact Page
- We will refund you the price of shipping the product to us within 14 working days of receiving the damaged goods.
- We will then post out a new product within 3 working days of receiving the damaged goods.
Return of a brand new product:
- We must be notified within 7 working days of you receiving the goods, via our Contact Page.
- The product must be in original packaging, unopened and in a resaleable condition.
- We will not refund you the price of shipping the products to us.
A product develops a manufacturer's fault:
- All of our products are covered by a 1 year, manufacturer's warranty
- We must be notified of the fault via our Contact Page.
- We will issue you with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN).
- The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the box when posting to us.
- We will refund you the price of shipping the product to us within 14 working days of us receiving the damaged goods.
In all cases, the following rules apply:
- All refunds will be issued via the same method of payment within 14 working days.
- All products must be returned with original packaging, unopened where applicable.
- All products must include a note explaining the reason for returning the product.
- Amount refunded for shipping products (where applicable) will be based on the prices we pay for shipping.
